Rest Notches

Sphincter muscle indentations left periodically on a long and large diameter bowel movement due to resting during the defecation process. Usually occurs after long stints of over eating or holiday meals.

After the feast yesterday, there were at least four rest notches on that giant loaf I pinched this morning!
