Profe

A Profe is a teacher at a predominately english-speaking school who instructs students in spanish. All Profe's are identical clones of each other, and in order to teach, use the same curriculum, videos, worksheets, and posters throughout the classroom. They all have excellent, but very dry senses of humor. No one is sure where the first Profe's originated, but the most wide-held theory is that they were the spawn of an english teacher and a janitor.

the bane of the existance of lurkers, stalkers, and creeps. on myspace, dictates that you must add a person before you can see their profile.

usually results in creating a fake profile with which to lurk the person, only making you progressively creepier and more pathetic.

A person whose livelihood is derived from working with computers (either software or hardware).
Someone who is an expert in the field of computer science
A person with an advanced degree in computer science and/or computer engineering

A software engineer working in Microsoft is a computer professional.

Professional Fraternity

A fraternity that is professional in nature, often linked to the business world. Professional fraternities are usuall co-ed and offer members the opportunity to network with professionals, enhance their academic standing, do community service, and have social outings. Being a member of a professional fraternity looks great on a resume.

Wow, he's in the professional fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, he's hired.
