Canada(or Matthew Williams) is a character from Axis Powers: Hetalia.
He is usually known as "the forgotten one", and everyone mistakes him for his "older brother" America(Alfred F. Jones).
Some people don't even notice his presence...at all...
He's also really quiet. When he talks it seems like he's whispering, while his "older brother" America sounds like he's yelling all the time while he's talking.
He's also included a lot in pairings such as FranceXCanada,
AmericaXCanada, CubaXCanada, UkraineXCanada...etc...

Arthur Kirkland(Britain/England/UK): "Hey, America!"
Matthew Williams(Canada): "I'm not America, I'm Canada! Please get it right."
Arthur Kirkland(Britain/England/UK): "Oh, sorry Canada..."
Francis Bonnefoy(France): "It's Canada, duh... Can't you reconise him from his sexy 'air?"
And that's Canada(Character).

Nunavut Canada - Nunavut has long land borders with the Northwest Territories on the mainland & a few Arctic islands, with Manitoba to the south of the Nunavut mainland; it also meets Saskatchewan to the southwest at a quadripoint, & has a short land border with Newfoundland & Labrador on Killiniq Island. The boundary with the Northwest Territories roughly approximates the tree line in Canada. Nunavut shares maritime borders with the provinces of Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, with constituent country Greenland, with which it also shares a land border on Hans Island.
Nunavut is the least populous of Canada's provinces & territories , its capital is Iqaluit.
This place is pretty much up there by the artic circle
So unless you like polar bears, northern lights /
aurora borealis which can also be seen from
Alaska, other Canadian Territories, Iceland, Greenland, Norway, Sweden, Finland &
Siberia , there isn't much to see or do in Nunavut Canada.
Popular foods here are
caribou stew & roasted musk ox.
turbot, shrimp, and char fisheries
Most other foods have to be imported.
Sports
Nunavut participates in both the male & female hockey categories in the Arctic Winter Games.
2 male teams (bantam & midget) and 1 female team (junior).
Possibly dog sledding & curling are popular too.

The Canadian cartoon chilly beach which use to air
On CBC in the early to mid 2000s, was about a small town located on a large iceberg, presumably in the Canadian Arctic. The iceberg is seemingly a floating island that can move around in the water. There are some trees and wildlife as well as a mountain with caves. According to at least 1 episode, the island is located in northwestern Hudson Bay, placing it in Nunavut.
