The state of someone displaying signs of autismophobia by refusing to give a person on the autism spectrum what they need to survive in this world, or deliberately being ignorant and refusing to learn or accept how the brains of autistic people work and operate.
My colleague refuses to accept how my brain works and understand that I need certain accommodations to be able to function. He is very autismophobic.
