Atomic voter

Someone who goes out to vote, regardless of the situation or what's happening in their own country or world. Named as such because they'd go out and vote even if an atomic bomb dropped.

We were hit by a hurricane yesterday and Tom is still going to the polls. He really is an atomic voter.
