When a male character accidentally falls, and in so doing knocks over a female character. While falling, one or both hands end up grabbing the woman's breasts. After the fall is over, his hands are still groping her and romantic awkwardness ensues. Commonly found in romantic anime, though it has happened in real life.

Paul: Yeah man I finally touched her tits.
Quincy: Really? How'd you pull it off?
Paul: It was a total anime fall, I rounded the corner and ended up groping her as we fell. When we hit the ground, she looked deep into my eyes before slapping me.
