Get the Salsa Snackmug. This is when a friend or co-worker offers you a far inferior snack only after eating an extra delicious snack in front of your face. The superior snack will no doubt include one, if not all of the following: chocolate, butter cream, fudge, or caramel. The pity snack recipient will ALWAYS be on a diet at the time of said snack-tastrophe which only exacerbates the pain.
Debra offered me some 100Calorie Snackwells only after eating an oh-so-yummy Ele chocolate cupcake in front of me. What a pity snack!
