Portuguese Meat Pie

A term that describes the sexual act, in which one person inserts a meat pie (although vegetarian options are also acceptable) into their rectum. A second person holds their head under the first person's anal opening and cracks a raw egg over the apex of the butt-crack. The "meal" is subsequently served by vigorous clenching in a similar fashion to the traditional "Concertina" used in Portuguese folk music.
