Origin: The Walking Dead fan base.

Meaning: Turning into a greedy, self-righteous, murderous psychopath. Turning on your best friend and trying to kill him, killing a little girl with little to no thought, putting an end to your own mama's life after she's given birth to your sibling.

That kid, Carl, man. He went Full Shane and dropped his mama; he's gunna need some serious mental help when he grows up.

That bitch be crazy. She threw knives at me, smashed my XBOX, and completely destroyed my place; after going Full Shane on me, she calls the next morning for a booty call.

full tilt boogie

The superlative level of an endeavour or product, usually only applied to endeavours and products that are inherently exciting. There can be a full tilt boogie iteration of a particular line of sports cars; there is no such variant of a minivan. One can play a guitar or drum solo at full tilt boogie. It is highly doubtful that an oboeist or tuba player could so inspire a listener as to merit the description.

1) Keith was going full tilt boogie when he hit the solo on "Gimme Shelter".
2) The Screamin' Eagle is the full tilt boogie version of Harley's Fat Boy.

The kind of bangs that go straight across. Most commonly found on small asian children, punk rock bass-playin' chicks, and indie movie stars. Usually a result of a do-it-yourself haircut, or a really expensive haircut made to look like you did it yourself.

Full Uniform

Anyone who assumes the "look" of whatever social group they are trying to fit into is said to be in full uniform.

Let's see ... baseball cap, goatee, Fu Manchu 'stache, shaved head, muscle shirt without any muscle, tattoos, potbelly, baggy overlong "shorts" year-round and, oh yeah, the final touch - the cigarette and the fixed stare ... looks like I'm all set for Wal-Mart. Fire up the pickup, mama, this dude's in full uniform!
