The state of the mind after seeing something so astonishing (good or bad) that the astonishment is revisited over a period of time, much like aftershocks from an earthquake.

A woman from Pennsylvania once asked members of my band, "Where are y'uns-all from?" That bizarre construction had me suffering afterboggles for days.

There are a lot of Star Wars after products such as legos.

Disney's Pirates of the Carribean movie series is an after product of the Disneyland ride of the same name.

After-Burger Salad

When one indulges in a heartily-topped burger, leaving the spillage of lettuce, pickles, onions or whatever toppings they essentially had on their patty in a pile on the table. This pile of condiments is usually consumed, making it salad-like because of the lettuce that spills out.

After I finished eating my double quarter pounder, I quickly lapped up my delicious after-burger salad.
