Some types of Stealth Infections like Lyme Disease can linger in the body for years without being discovered by either the person who is infected or the medical professional whose job it is to care for the infected person.

There are quite a few causative factors that can cause AFK inflation, e.g. having many YouTube channels uploading new videos at the same time.
