Stank stick

A person who goes around stirring up trouble and discord for no apparent reason, even when it is actively working against their own self interests; a relentless gossip determined to spread their own rumours, lies, speculations, and anything else they can get their hands on just to upset and agitate others; a one-person propaganda machine with no overarching aims or intentions beyond immediately creating drama and confusion.

Lee told Mary that he heard her ex-boyfriend just got divorced and figures that her ex-boyfriend really wants Mary back, and that’s why he told a few friends and specifically said not to tell Mary; now Mary is stalking her ex on social media because she’s obsessed with getting him back. Lee is a pathetic stank stick, because he did it all just to see Mary get upset and cause trouble for herself and others.

"Casual" associated with being new, noobie, and uninformed in-said subject matter, however people who over-use "casual" in every sentence or every argument - regardless of facts just to insult the intelligence of the recipient.

Crack-stick: Begin(s) to call others casual in a debate on a subject immediately when the argument/debate has started because they are short-minded and can't combat others when challenged in a argument with their own; giving the impression that they themselves are the casual for not thinking of their own facts to mention or actual information to disapprove the argument , thus making them a "crack-stick"

Bitter-Stick

Slimy like a butter stick, someone who is bitter and/or wants to be anti-climactic who will compartmentalize themselves into other people who'll show up in your life at some point and will act like them in order to get in your head. They unknowingly show their shitty sides and contradict themselves due to the compartmentalization. Prevent yourself from getting in an awkward conversation like this. Believe me.

The women,people at work, 'friends', were Bitter-Sticks to him because they weren't shying away from personal topics in conversation and tried to get in his head. They showed their true colors and are now colorblind.
