Sane Person: I gave money to charity because some people needed it more than I did.

Religious Person: Why would you help someone for no reason?

atheist mafia

A non-existent organization believed by some fundamentalist Christians to push the "anti-Christ secular agenda". The term has been adopted by many atheist regulars in the Religion and Spirituality section of Yahoo! Answers, and is usually abbreviated as "AM" and added to screen names.

Using the phrase 'Happy Holidays' is part of a plot orchestrated by the atheist mafia to remove Jesus Christ from the holiday season.

The watching of videos, such as ones by Richard Dawkins or TheAmazingAtheist, that make fun of religion and are particularly entertaining or funny to atheist viewers, similar to watching porn. Often, the most satirical or hyperbolic videos are deemed under this category.

Wannabe Atheist

A person, usually the age of 13 who acts like he's atheist as an attempt to fit in with their friends or because they don't understand their own beliefs. They try to act like an aggressive atheist to make people think they really are which leads to lots of stereotyping about atheists. Some usually say they're atheist just as an excuse not to go to church on sundays.

Wannabe atheist: "I'm 13 and I converted to atheism because I think going to church for two hours every sunday is gay and worshiping a man with a white beard sitting on a cloud is pretty retarded"
Real atheist: "So you renounced your faith because you didn't like going to church? That's just foolish."

Atheist Fanaticism

Atheist fanaticism is a term used to refer to a form of atheism that takes atheism into zealot levels. Atheist fanaticism is commonly used to refer to new atheism and to refer to scientific fanaticism that's a form of fanaticism that takes science (scientism) and positivism into zealot levels and is (almost) always together with atheist fanaticism.

"Atheist fanaticism and scientific fanaticism are problematic such religious fanaticism, there are atheist zealots and scientific zealots such as there are religious zealots as well. But we must remember the problem is not atheism itself nor science itself, but take atheism and science (scientism) as an absolute truth and not as relative truths such as all truths actually are."
