E.g when the sky is blue and the sun shines but it's very cold

Person 1: "hey wanna go outside for a walk? Look how nice the weather's today."

Person 2: "That's Hollywood weather. I already went outside and its super cold."

Noun, used to describe perfect weather when it's sunny, hot and the sky's blue.
Most common in summer but can happen year-round.

Named after the state that's famous for it's nice weather and climate.

Person 1 :" Hey you wanna go swimming with me?"

Person 2: " sure! There's nothing better you can do when you've got California weather."
