A b.s. catchphrase used by HR folks. Coined by an author who wanted to sound smart and sell books. The phrase is currently popular among HR folks who want to sound trendy.

You should welcome positive confrontation among teammates.
I would like to positively confront all HR people who use this stupid phrase and tell them it's a bunch of shit.

My cat does this same position all the time. She puts her front paws underneath her chest and then goes to sleep. She looks like she looks proud and confident. Doggy style position may be your favorite position and you feel proud! "I'm in my proud position in bed!"
