Tabbotha is the loveliest girl you’ll ever meet.Some might judge but she ignores.She is so peaceful whilst sleeping and she is never bored.Anyone would be lucky to have as a friend,daughter,sister or family member.Just remember you’ll always be safe with her.

Someone is a tabby picker if they pick up cigarette butts from the ground and smoke them (some people do it I've seen it)

It means something like "stupid" or "dumb" often used in ilocano.
"nag tabbed" is what mostly used when people do stupid things meaning "so stupid"

you pronounce it as Tab-bed with a silent e
usually goes with a hard "b" for that thick accent and more insulting

ex. 1
friend: how the fuck did you fail the test?
me: I forgot to write my name
friend: nag tabbed

ex. 2
random player being toxic in the game*
