Racaille

A montreal group of young ethnic adolescent men, usually of Arab or african descent, known to live in the poor ghetto northeastern areas of montreal as well as Chomedey, Laval. If you come accross a racaille its best to either ask them "c qui ton patenais" or to simply run the other way, always lock your car doors as they are known for car stealing and hijacking.
