It can also mean that you are about to overdose if you feel this sensation inside your mouth. It is highly dangerous to be " cracked off your teeth" and you could become reckless towards members of the public or to people you may know.

British slang term with multiple (usually vulgar) meanings. Most commonly:
1) To have recently taken a shit (bowel movement).
2) To have broken something.
