Bulgarian Dirty Bomb

An explosive made from nuclear waste that is shockinly easy to obtain from the black market in the Eastern-European country of Bulgaria.

This is made possible due to the complete lack of regulation of the pro-capitalist business system in Bulgaria that allows the black market to thrive there, and other countries with similar policies.

And, in my personal opinion, I'm surprised that the international community isn't up in arms over this.

A terrorist goes to Bulgaria, and with the help of a black market specialist, was able to obtain a nuclear warhead and nuclear waste that was smuggled out of the Russian Federation and was able to leave Bulgaria with the newly-acquired Bulgarian Dirty Bomb.
