The melios shrine is common slang for the "Sanguine Shrine", AKA the vampire hideout. The Sanguine Shrine is from the sleeper hit Rogue Lineage. It is situated between Alana and Scroomville. If there's a house melios member in the server, you best not enter the melios shrine.
