Penn Stated

A highly popular term in the Pennsylvania area used to decribe a person being convinced to drink the most alcohol they have ever drank.
Usually used when the "convincer" is talking about the "convincee".
Usually a Penn Stater is used to turn a novice drinker into a pro.

"My roommate got Penn Stated last night! He had about 10 Peppermint Pattie shots, and 15 beers."
"Happy 21st Birthday! You're gettin' Penn Stated tonight!!"
(Waking up terribly hungover) "Jeez, I musta got Penn Stated hardcore last night.......who's this girl?"

Prepositional adverb, past tense.

When some fabulous bastard unwittingly makes you look bad by mere proximity. This probably wouldn't have happened if you'd only just combed your hair, or at least buttoned your shirt...

Guy 1: Crap dude, GQ Jim just walked in. Look at that suit, oh man now Jessica's eyeballin him too, damn...

because said is dead, the phrase 'that's what she said' became "that's what she stated". yes its kinda stupid but really funny to say after someone says, "thats what she said."

Guy1"hey dude, i like your shirt"

high off of energy drinks or a different form of hyper but not like hyper at all. Different people react differently to it. i, myself, laugh hysterically at everything. My friends and i had fun figuring this out.
