Straddling someone is a high speed low drag application. Commonly used in Police are Military applications. Forcefully squatting spread eagle over someones torso. Tacticalness is increased if wearing all black.

Arrested someone last night, had to use a tactical straddle to gain control of his/her body parts.

Similar to the common term "Pussy-whipped" except this person in fact does not receive any pussy. This person is on a leash so short they sometimes turn to the same sex for pleasure. Made popular by one Ryan J. Abbott.
