A scummy grunger. Basically a scum bag who thinks there a grunger. Usually seen with mid length greasy hair and a look in there eye's that there going to mug you.

Anyone wearing a Nirvana t-shirt and a burberry cap. Definitely a scrunger. Found mainly in Dublin.

Or, more informally, "someone who has their nuts in a scrunch." Used to describe someone uptight or a "goody two shoes." Typically referring to someone who doesn't relax.

Typically found in large groups wearing punk paraphernalia and adorned with multiple piercings or patches on clothing. They often try to pass themselves off as "artistic" or "unique," but in reality they are walking STD-fests.
