George Bush II employed the rovian tactic of using "9-11" and "Saddam Hussein" in the same sentence repeatedly, leading the general public to the conclusion that Saddam Hussein was involved in 9-11, though he later clarified that not only did Saddam Hussein have nothing to do with 9-11, but he had never stated that that was the case.

Rowville

Rowville is a large-ish suburb in Victoria, Australia. It is inhabited largely by muzzas, bogans, parents, their teenagers (who are incidentally muzzas), and 40 year old men who sit on their trampolines and smoke pot. Rowville has a few schools, three parks and three shopping strips, which are frequented mostly by loitering teenagers with frightening metrosexual haircuts. It is occasionally called 'Rowtown' by these teenage residents.
