2. The use of a phrase or reference completely out of context.

3.A profoundly hilarious (and verifiably true) story about interesting people particularly one individual, Ian Scott.

A name for someone who claims to have a legitimate business selling products online without having the means to view or buy what he is selling.

Potential Customer (PC): Can I see what you are selling online before I buy it?
Retailer: Err, no... just give me your money and I'll get it to you. I have described it to you already!
PC: but I would like to see what I'm getting for my money, please show me!
Retailer: insert weak excuse here for not having a website or pictures available
PC: Oh, I see you are a Ramswell retailer. NO SALE!

A syndrome that results in half of a persons face being paralyzed causing a severely distorted voice
The voice associated with Tutankhamen Ramses Syndrome uses many forms of "OHH" and is spoken out of the side of ones mouth
When in the state of Tutankhamen Ramses Syndrome it is often also refered to as being Mummified
