slasher purist

A slasher fan who hates remakes and reboots. None of them are good except maybe one in their eyes. Slasher purists will either reject the notion that anything made after 2010 is even remotely okay, or just not like remakes or reboots. Series and TV shows made about slashers will also get severe distain from them.

My boyfriend is a slasher purist. He won't even dignify the idea of watching Halloween 2!

Someone who has a strong attraction, sexual or otherwise, to feet. They prefer to look at feet, and feet alone, without the distraction of other sexual anatomy.

The foot fetish purist doesn't need to see other parts of a woman to get off.

purist

This slang term "purist" refers to the persons who deem that selfies must be taken by using the photo booth known as "purikura", hence the etymology of this slang. Such persons have once been raised by strict screen time limits imposed by parents, hence these persons' reluctance to use smartphone to take selfies instead.

My friends were all about using their smartphones for selfies, but I’m a total purist—I only take my pics in the purikura booth!
