Prozactly

Prozactly is the knowing expression uttered when explaining an imbalanced person's actions and your evasive maneuver reactions.

Jane: "So I had to block Lisa from my FB wall cuz she kept commenting about her mess and I'm sick of it."
Joan: "Unfriend! Dislike! Block!"
Jane: "Prozactly"
or
Him: "So is that, like, how your mom normally acts when she's with a large group of strangers?"
Her: "Prozactly"

Proxydexterous

The offloading of work to someone else. A person who is Proxydexterous is adept at passing off work to the hands of others. This will often be disguised or explained as delegation but is more likely to be exploitation of seniority or some other point of leverage

"The boss just dumped another pile of his work on my desk for me to do..."

"Yes, he does that to me too, he certainly puts his proxydexterous talent to frequent use"
