Noe is a boy who is stupid yet smart, he is a boy who can make me laugh, he is someone who is truly handsome and I dearly love. I love noe so much he makes really happy and I truly am happy with him. He acts gay and is stupid and makes the worst jokes ever. But for someone I've know a while he is definitely the best friend and even boyfriend someone needs. A boy who can help you, understand, make you laugh, don't really judge you, and understands your humor and uses it with you.
