A McDonald's sandwich made by purchasing a McDouble off the dollar menu, along with an order of small fries and then proceeding to stack the fries in the same manor as the game Jenga between the two patties.

We went to McDonald's and made McJengas after band practice.

The Origin of the word is a popular player in the Final Fantasy XI online gaming community named “Mijin”. Based on his reluctance to correct his consistent bad spelling and grammar other players dubbed his possibly intentional and some-what comical linguistics “Mijinese”.
