A prison filled to the brim of people who try to be the main character inside of an anime. To the point where the percentage of died hair to normal is almost 50/50. Students also appear to have slits on their wrists and rhyme the word pain with rain. Side effects include; men wearing more makeup then girls, dream stans, lots and lots of gay couples making out in the hallways and only like 3 black people in the prison.

Damn bro, only in KTECH you can see a dude in 8 pounds of makeup giving a sloppy smooch to a big black man.
