Tired out, exhausted.

From knackered, often spelled nackered.
The silent k is sometimes deliberately pronounced,
giving kuh-nackered. This becomes kay-nackered,
hence : kaynacked.

I just walked right across London, and

Pharmaceuticals advertised on television that seem to promote good feeling, remedy, satisfaction or bliss, but leave you completely unclear on the symptoms or disease it treats.

I'd try and get my hands on that karmaceutical, if I could figure what it does.

Ask your doctor about _____. Ask him what? I don't understand what the drug treats!
