The act of joining a group of people (in the street or at a party) and position yourself within the group in such a way that someone has to stare at your back and you thereby exclude this person from any conversation.

This act is mostly performed by potheads and slightly autistic- or socially inert people.

A very cool name attached to an even cooler person. A type of person usually found at a hippie hostel while traveling around the world, surrounded by tons of girls drooling over him. They typically study something impressive and humanitarianly oriented, like Medicine, and they live abroad pursuing their dream. Gerrits are sexy heartbreakers, so attractive and manly they will melt your panties. But they are so much more than just hotties, they are incredibly smart and profound, committed to the world and the people they choose to be in their lives.
