Stupid Foreigner - In Japanese, baka means "stupid" and gaijin means "foreigner" and one thing an American in Japan gets used to hearing right away is "baka gaijin!"

That baka gaijin over there doesn't even know how to use chopsticks!

Super gaijin

A tourist that know way too much of the culture in the country he is visiting. A super gaijin also often speaks the native tongue and socialises a lot with locals. Seems himself as somewhat better then a regular tourist. You can often spot a super gaijin by his giant backpack, dreadlocks and lack of career.

Look at that american backpacker, he speaks japanese. He's such a super gaijin.

Mostly done in fan-art, it is the name for the humanization of any animal-like character. Most popularly done with Sonic the Hedgehog characters, and Pokemon.
