A coffee based drink that has so much cream, sugar and other flavorings in it that it hardly seems fair to call it coffee. Fake, or pho-coffee.

I don't care if it's bad for me, but I love me some Starbucks foffee.

Foffy

'Foffy' as in 'fof'; one who has been deemed a 'fof' meaning "fresh off the ferry", as opposed to "fresh off the boat".

Example:

Mary became a foffy when she got off the ferry with Dominic.

Mary and Dominic became foffys, girl foffy and boy foffy.

They are both foffys, the only ones in the world <3

An individual with no friends to speak of, who often fofs for lack of anything better to do.
("Foffing" while thinking of past friends is generally considered a rather insulting and disturbing act.)

I used to know a guy named August. Now he's nothing but a shameful foffer. All he talks about is fof this, fof that, foffing himself, it's so gross.
