dougan

A generic name that can be given to anyone with small arms or a neck the same width as their head. They are usually riding small, loud mopeds that go insanely slow. If the legends are correct the only way you can seperate this beast from his 'ped' is by taunting him. Once taunted this Dougan will follow to swear at you before sliding across the road and falling to his death. He later will claim that there was black ice on a frostless morning.

Sam: Mate did you see Dougan fall off his ped?
Lewis: No but i heard that he hit some black ice
Sam: That's BS its not even cold enough for frost
Lewis: Yeah but it was Dougan said he did
