Is the affliction where one person has diabetes, herpes and AIDS all at the same time. It is unplesant because you cant eat sugar, have unprotected sex or eat out hoes, which are the three best things ever, but probably the way you got Diaherpaids in the first place.

The SOB who comes in while your working/sleeping/eating to make you want to crap yourself. It is possible to fight off diahrrea monster, but it isnt as easy to fight off as the sleep monster.
