2) excessively hating on someone when it's not warranted to the point where it makes you look like a fan/hater
definition changes depending on context

example 1: Emma wants to be in Maya's friend group very badly, she's always following them around and comments under all their pictures although they do nothing in return, Emma is dickriding the friend group.

example 2: Mark is always talking smack about Jake even though Jake doesn't even acknowledge Mark or give him the time of day, Mark is dickriding Jake.
