He is a fun type of guy that is very reckless and gives no shii for how you feel. But as well compassionate and so soothing, he is a friend you need there when you are feeling down. He thinks he is going to be the best person in the world someday maybe that will come true. Though it seems impossible I believe in him. Darelle Revis

Definitely one of the 2 true lockdown corners in the NFL today. Known to shutdown any reciever in coverage, often being left out an an island to do so, with little to no safety help. A one on one matchup is referred to as being welcomed to "Revis Island", since Revis completely shuts one corner of the field down.

Can also be used to refer to a friend who chills in the corner of the bar/club all night and keeps to himself, instead of talking to females. Inserting your buddy's last name before island can also be used as a diss to his game.

Wow Kevin's still got that corner of the club on lock, kinda looks like Darelle Revis over there. Welcome to Seeger Island!

A sweet guy and a great friend. Most Darcells are kind hearted and great people to be around. Although they may always not view themselves as so, they truly are amazing and worth every second of time you spend with them.
