Charisma Man

Coined by Larry Rodney for his comic strip of the same name. Charisma Man was the alter ego of a typical western man in Japan. Because of this strip it has come into common usage by many westerners in Japan, and has spread to similar countries like Korea.

A charisma man is typically a western male in an Asia country who enjoys unexpected popularity, particularly if he was nothing special in his home country.

From Charisma Man comic strip, "Back on his home planet of Canada our hero was just another average guy, but when he landed on planet Japan he became Charisma Man. But can our hero defend himself against his arch-enemy Western Woman!?"

Clarissa

Name of a person who is GORGEOUS, smart, sincere, trustworthy, charismatic, and incredibly HILARIOUS! A Clarissa can always make you feel better when you're down. Clarissa's usually have brunette hair, blue eyes, and a nice ass. She is someone you can talk to on the phone for DAYS, and you still feel like there is more to tell her. She makes the funniest jokes that create lifelong memories with her closest friends! She has many different laughs, (probably like ten), but they all make you die, cry, and pee your pants. Clarissa's are usually cowgirls and they love the country. She loves hanging out with friends and dancing to music. She always makes the right decisions in life, and they help their friends go down the right path in life as well. Clarissa's will end up being friends with you for the rest of your life, so don't mess up the friendship by dumb drama, because you will never EVER find someone as great as her that you can call your best friend and sister.

Cyd Charisse

Female Dancer debuting in the 1940's. Cyd was born in 1922 and died in 2008 from a heart attack.
She recovered from polio as a child and then studied ballet. She was paired with the male wonders of the dance industry such as Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly. She appeared in famous musicals such as 'The Band Wagon', 'The Harvey Girls', 'Brigadoon' and was featured in a dance sequence (allongside Gene Kelley) in 'Singing in the Rain'.
in the late 1950's she stopped dancing in films, but went on to acting in films and television programs, and in 1992 made her Broadway debut.

Cyd Charisse was an amazing female 1940's dancer, from ballet to jazz.
