Monkey Wrench
The person being 'wrenched,' as the kids like to call it, takes a big water jug (like the ones for water coolers) and shoves the mouth of the jug into his/her ass. Once the jug is inserted the person does a hand stand, letting the water flow freely into his ass. Often done as a practical joke. A hand stand is not nessisary in joke form, you may just tip it over and let the person enjoy!

a nuisance, something that ditracts from getting things done. This is a variation on "a monkeywrench in the works" which dates back to the industrial revolution. If a wrench were to fall into the gears of the large factory machine, it would make everything stop.

As a “monkey wrench” is used as a term to describe an unforeseen element that disrupts your plan or routine ... but a “Money Wrench” has the additional side effect of causing you lost money or wages.
I would love to finish the final steps of this project with you so we can get paid, but my on-call job is throwing me a “money wrench” .
