The state of being infuriatingly indecisive but clouding it in a passive-aggressive illusion of being open, forcing a partner into an infuriating game of process of elimination they cannot win.

“Okay. Let’s go to Olive Garden.”
“I don’t want to go there.”
“How about T.G.I.Friday's?”
“I don’t want that.”
"Chili's?"
"No."
“Arby's?”
“No.”
“McDonald’s?”
“No.”
“White Castle?”
“No.”
“BITCH, THAT IS EVERY RESTAURANT IN THIS TOWN. STOP BEING PICKY-WASHY.”

Wishy Washy

The King of muddied waters, and the master of sitting on the fence. Has the capacity to spin up so much, he'll cause a cyclone. When called out, he'll always claim to be playing devil's advocate. Usually can be found living in the north of England, and usually from the city of Hastings.

Wishy Washy: There is a law that says pigeons are not allowed within a 200 mile radius of my house

Person one: what law? Can you show me?
