Texplanation

To send a text message to someone with a lame explanation of why you can't attend your rendez-vous/ party / hang-out / drinks. (Usually a lie.) The main purpose of the texplanation is to avoid the awkward phone conversation where the person to which you are talking totally knows you're lying and doesn't want to accuse you.

Jenny: Ugh, I don't feel like going to Brooke's graduation get together with her family. Her mom's boobs are awful and hard and it hurts when she hugs me. I have to send that bitch a texplanation.

*Whips out cellphone*

Text message: "Hey Brooke! Sory i cant come 2 ur party! my cat is ded and im jst 2 sad!"

Thank God I could texplain my way out of that!

This was used in a texting between friends, "'Lost in textation"/ "Translation".
It was created between banter between two very close friends that had some information misconstrued because 2 subject were simultaneously being discussed.

Talking about 2 subjects at one time being misconstrued through context.
"OMG you meant that? sorry it was lost in Textation"

The accidental sending of a text message, resulting in the recipient receiving a message that makes little to no sense.

I had a premature textulation, I sent the text that "She farted sideways..." and I almost shat myself!

texplain

When asked a question by text that has an answer too long to explain in a text.

I was texting with Kimberly yesterday and she asked why I couldn't hang out later. Between working late, getting a flat tire and breaking up with my boyfriend I told her the reason was way too long to "texplain" and that I would call her later.

Claire is working late on an essay. She goes to the kitchen and comes back with an open bottle of port - Claire is clearly sliding into temptation.
