When someone doesn't bathe for a long time and they kick they're shoes off at your house. The smell has to be really bad though, like rotting garbage or something. Thus making them a foot soldier, waging a war in their own boots.

Man, when Chris kicked his shoes off the other day his soljafootitus must have been flaring up because my nostrils were on fire.

Scene Soljah

Too be a member of a local scene or dress accordingly too the mainstream scene culture and well as defend you right to be this way by either fighting other scenes or crying about it. Usually they conflict with crust punks, metal heads, goths, preps, jocks and anyone who is better than a scene kid.
