sotidnaberaew

The phrase "sotidnaberaew" is found in the lore of the band Twenty One Pilots and means "We are Banditos". The phrase is "We are Banditos" written backwards. In the storyline of TØPs Trench, Sotidnaberaew is used by Banditos to communicate to one another, as a form of showing hope, and as a way of making sure that another person is a Bandito and that it is safe to trust them. (A few acceptable responses to a bandito telling another bandito sotidnaberaew would be "East Is Up" "We are Banditos" "We Denounce Vialism" or the return of "Sotidnaberaew".)

This phrase can also be heard a few times throughout the course of the Trench album, said by Twenty One Pilots frontman Tyler Joseph (who is the personification of a character from the lore named Clancy).

Can also be written as "søtidnaberaew" "sotidnab era ew" and "søtidnab era ew".

Bandito: Sotidnaberaew...
Suspected Bandito: Sotidnaberaew.
