When you have no idea how to use MS Teams and you sign onto a group meeting and you choose the spotlighting option to highlight the hot chick with the huge rack, because that’s who you want to spend the next 45 mins looking at. Not realising you have spotlighted that person to everyone in the meeting.

Is a basketball slang " catch phrase " used to descibe a Mega-Star player or teams that recieve magnified attention from the sports media, TV viewers, and TV networks.
Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls were under the Dunkadelic Spotlight during the 15 seasons he played in the NBA. LeBron James is under the Dunkadelic Spotlight like no other player who's come into the league.
