Orcun is the BEST. He is the most loyal person you will ever meet. He is handsome and his style is out of this world. An ironic way of saying organic. In Chinese, the word organic pronounces like you-ji, or, literally, "with chicken". Thus, putting the word duck, which is the counterpart of chicken, into the word seems ironic.

My boss delivered a speech themed "organic growth" at an event. However, our company is going down, which is really ordunick growth to me!
