NOP ting

An NOP ting is a girl that lives North of Princess street in kingston, Ontario.

Princess street, being the busiest street in Ktown, is known to divide neighborhoods. When people explain to each other where their university house is, they might use NOP to state that they are North of Princess. Similar definitions include SOP (south of princess) and OP (on princess)
