JOMO

JOMO stands for "Joy of Missing Out". It's the opposite of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). A state of mental joy and satisfaction caused by not taking part in events/activities. JOMO is a way to combat the pressure to be everywhere and do everything. It allows you to be selective with your social life and prioritize self-care.

- It's the feeling of contentment and enjoyment you get from prioritizing your own activities and interests, even if it means skipping other events.
- Imagine feeling happy curling up with a book instead of feeling anxious you're missing out on a party. That's JOMO!
- It's about making conscious choices about how you spend your time and focusing on what truly brings you satisfaction.
