Desperate activities borne by the abuse of meth. Most often exhibited by your meth cooking neighbors or just plain old crazy ass meth addicts. May include threatened mugging, kidnapping or stealing of pets and/or babies and offers of dirty sweaty meth-sex in exchange for cash. Made much more humorous due to how physically unimposing emaciated 20 year old meth addicts are, and also how they are often in a state of nudity or undress when these desperate activities occur.

Man those crazy skinny white bitches keep waking up on my porch, trying to mug me and steal my baby. Then they try to have sex with me. Must be some serious methsperation!

The term commonly used for a street hooker that enjoys the huffing of methane. These stinky little woman commonly get their fix while engaged in group sex activities using toilet paper rolls to huff or snort flatulence directly from the anus's of their male counterparts.
