The irrational fear (phobia) of an underlying penis shape in the crotch region of clothing. This can be a fear of the actual outline, or the fear that a bunch of the fabric may be in fact indicative of actual real turgid manflesh. It is a perceptual fear, and while there is no causality link between cock bumps and the fear; it is most likely associated between someone's fear of intimate contact in collusion with their hypersensitivity of other's sex organs. Antonio Veveros Medeiros

A Portuguese Gangster coming straight out of Portugual during the early 1970's, he moved to America in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
